Somasundaram was born on Jan. 01, 2002
Somasundaram and his brother have recently come to live in the Joy Home, a Christian orphanage in South India. Their dad works as a daily laborer, earning about $2.50 per day. Their mom is mentally ill and about two years ago walked out of the family, never to be heard from again. As the father needed to go work each day, there was no one to care for the boys. Therefore it was arranged for them to come and live in the Joy Children Home. Here they will receive love and care, their needs will be met, they will receive an education, and perhaps most importantly, they will hear about Jesus.
