During this weekend we have
much to celebrate as we reflect on the death and resurrection of Jesus! It is because of Him that we have life. It is because of Him that we have hope. And, it is because of Him that our efforts to minister to orphan
children has such great meaning and potential.
As we minister to the physical and emotional needs of the children, let's
remember that Jesus reached out with compassionate care to those who suffered. As we minister to the children's spiritual needs, let's remember that Jesus primary mission on earth was to seek and save the lost. And, as
we contemplate the future of these children, let's remember that Jesus wants
them to take the message of Good Friday and Easter to those who have yet to
hear it.
