The Casa Otniel orphanage was built with the help of two Dutch organizations. All the children who live in the orphanage come from hard backgrounds. At the orphanage though, they receive the care that they need. The children are given the Word of God and are brought up in love. The orphanage is under the umbrella of the Evangelical Church of Romania and the director is a professor of law. The Casa Otniel is located in the village of Mosnita Noua, near the city of Timisoara.
